6mths Temp Call Centre - Healthier SG (Pasir Ris)

Salary: Up to $13/ hr

Location: Pasir Ris

5.5days office hours

Call centre environment

Job scope:

• Conduct appointment reminders to patients on their upcoming appointment or assist patient in scheduling their next appt

• Conduct outreach activities, including sending of SMSes, making phone calls, and distributing mailers, to patients who are yet enrolled in HSG

• Process backend HSG enrolments, including referrals from doctors, HSG Teams, and institutional homes

• Assist patient in the enrolment

• Promote and share information about HSG during larger scale patient education events

• Coordinate and book HSG consultation appointments for enrolled patients

• Communicating of “My Care Team” to patients

• Follow up with enrolled patients who have not completed their Health Plan to schedule their Health Plan consultation appointment

• Ensure that HSG consultations are tagged to patients’ upcoming appointments to streamline their care journey

• Update patient’s data when required

Job Requirements:

• Min N / O / A level / NITEC / Diploma in any courses

• Able to start work immediately

$10.50 / hr to $13 / hr
