Accounts & Admin Assistant (AR/AP/GST) – Up To $3,300 - Defu Lane

• Position : Accounts & Admin Assistant – Up To $3,300 - Defu Lane
• Location : North East – Defu Lane Industrial Park
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $3,300 + AWS + Annual bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Tile Supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts,
• Issue credit/debit notes.
• Post and apply daily payments.
• Generate monthly statements, aging, and sales reports.
• Assist in GST and year-end reporting.
• Assist in debt collection/credit control.
• Perform ad-hoc duties such as applying work permits & MOM-related matters

Requirements:

• At least a Nitec in Accounting with 1 years of relevant working experience
• Independent and team player
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
