Accounts Executive – Up to $4,000 - Henderson

• Position : Accounts Executive – Up to $4,000 - Henderson
• Location : Henderson Road
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Integrated Logistics, Sourcing And Storage

Responsibilities:

• Handle Full set of Accounts
• Prepare Monthly bank and inter-company reconciliation
• Involved in quarterly stock take and monthly stock reconciliation
• Prepare Audit Schedules and GST returns
• Familiar with multi-currency accounting system
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounts or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in ERP
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
