Accounts Executive (Full Set | AP, AR, GL) - Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus

• Position: Accounts Executive
• Location: Lavender
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Group of companies (Retail)

Main Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts
• In-charge of month end closing
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting of trading and retail companies
• Prepare bank reconciliation, payment voucher, general ledger, journal voucher, purchase orders, inter-company transaction, receivables and payables relevant transactions and other relevant accounting records
• Assist in the lodgement of returns to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory and XBRIL filing
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• At least Diploma in Accounting and 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Xero
• Possess background in consolidation is preferred
