Accounts Executive (WIP/FULL SETS) -Up to $4200 + AWS + Bonus

• Position: Accounts Executive -FULL SETS
• Location: Near Havelock MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200+ AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical + 15 days annual leave + Term life + Personal Accident coverage
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts for operating entities including project accounting
• Timely and accurate submissions of financial reports to the corporate office and compliance of group accounting policies and all external reporting requirements.
• Ensure that the finance and accounting functions are in compliance with statutory reporting requirements and the records in the system is maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
• Preparation of monthly management report and accompanied with schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs Actual” variance reports.
• Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances.
• Assist with annual external audit, and assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
• Adhoc matters as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Understanding of project accounting and WIP required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
