Admin Manager (Production Team | Marine Fabrication) - Up to $5,000 + Bonus

• Position: Admin Manager (Production Team)
• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + Flexi Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Main Responsibilities:

• Support to Production / Project Management Team
• Oversees and provides guidance to Production Admins/Clerks
• Manage and maintain Production Admin budget
• Provides guidance to respective HODs on their Department Budget and other staff of the common standard flow charts to follow
• Liaising with other staff in various departments regarding production staff concerns
• Daily monitoring of staff attendance
• Attends and prepares minutes of meeting for Weekly Operation Meeting and other meetings as and when required
• Drafting of correspondence letter and issuance to Sub-contractors
• Consolidation and follow up of yearly Department Budget Proposal.
• Preparation, consolidation, and monthly dissemination of SRM Duty Roster, Department Duty Roster, MTB Speaker Roster

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Production Administrator in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
• Good organizational, communication, planning, project management, bookkeeping and time management skills
• Ability to perform minutes writing and other writing skills
• Requires strong proficiency in MS Office applications
