Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of in-house supply chain and e-commerce applications.
• Manage a team of software engineers and analysts, providing technical guidance and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
• Drive the company’s digital transformation roadmap, including automation and smart factory initiatives.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, and budgets for application-related initiatives.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software development, documentation, and change management.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, VB.Net, and Oracle databases.
