Assistant Service Engineer - Up to $3,500 + AWS + Flexi Benefits + Allowances

• Position: Assistant Service Engineer
• Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided: Various MRT pick up points)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): $3,500 + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus + Transport Reimbursement Allowance + OT Payable
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy machinery or equipment on-site or
• in the workshop
• Assist with installation and commissioning of heavy machinery or equipment
• Support in diagnostics, troubleshooting and technical assessments
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance under supervision
• Prepare service reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Liaise with customers during service visits, ensuring professional conduct and
• communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workshop environment
• Adhere to company safety standards and operational procedures during service activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Requires Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Requires 2-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Requires Forklift or other licenses (Class 3) will be an added advantage
• Requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
• Requires basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
