Bartender (Coffee & Cocktail Specialist) at Pasir Ris

We are looking for a talented and versatile Bartender who is skilled in both coffee preparation and cocktail mixology. If you are passionate about crafting high-quality beverages and delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) using professional coffee machines.

• Create and serve classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences.

• Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages served.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station at all times.

• Manage inventory of bar and coffee supplies; restock as needed.

• Interact with guests professionally, taking orders and providing recommendations.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Support the team with other front-of-house duties when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender and barista (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail mixology.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
