• Development of new products.
• Research, test, and implement new recipes, process improvements, and project cost savings.
• Creates production procedures for new products, including creating production recipes and process guidelines.
• Works with franchisees to ensure employees are adequately trained to produce new products to set specifications.
• Troubleshoots product and processes as it relates to recipes.
• Works with Supplier and Franchisee to ensure new products are within specifications and regulations.
• Monitoring the quality of products being produced by franchisees and supplier
• Conducting training sessions on new products or equipment that have been added to the store’s offerings
• Ensuring that the bakery meets all health codes and regulations regarding food preparation and storage
• Training franchisees on proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
• Planning menus for special events or catering services that are offered at the bakery
• Planning, Preparing and Conducting baking classes with Partner companies
• Provide support and advice related to store management and central kitchen operations.
• Production of dough and bread
• Starting time of work may be subject to change depending on the situation.
