Business Operations Executive

Responsibilities

1. Ensure order information such as product code, model, quantity and price from customer orders are accurately entered into system;
2. Place sales orders in the SAP system and follow up on the production review progress and delivery response;
3. Follow up on the factory's output progress according to the delivery plan and handle abnormal factory delivery issues by agreement;
4. Cooperate with production and procurement to follow up on the arrival of materials and track the completion of orders;
5. Ensure timely delivery and processing of products from the warehouse, production and other departments, and track the arrival of goods;
6. Reconcile with customers during the customer's account period and do not collect the due payment;
7. Assist in the after-sales support work of customers, including complaint handling, rework, return and exchange, etc.;
8. Responsible for business-related procurement, system development, maintenance and other work

Requirement

1. Min Diploma in Business Administration and above
2. Have strong logical thinking ability, communication and expression ability, and organizational and coordination ability;
3. Be proficient in using office software such as SAP and OFFICE.
4. Have strong communication and organizational coordination abilities. Ability to organize cross-departmental communication, collaborate, organize and allocate resources to achieve delivery goals
5. Ability to fluently communicate in Chinese to work with our internal/ external teams in China
6. Proficient in preparing, organizing and analyzing data
