About the role:
As a Business Support Executive , you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Assistant General Manager to keep things running smoothly. From managing schedules and creating impactful presentations to coordinating key business activities, this role offers you the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and be a pivotal part of our success.
What you will be doing:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Assistant General Manager, including managing appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense claims, and generating reports.
- Create presentations and materials for meetings.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for core meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
- Coordinate, prepare, and review documents for accuracy and compliance, and efficiently assist Sales Team with relevant support.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, responding or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Assistant General Manager to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
- Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Coordinate with team members for monthly Sales and Key Account Presentation for Top Executive Meetings.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure all records are up to date.
- Serve as the CRM system administrator, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for CRM enhancements, support, and integration projects.
- Monthly Sales KPI tracking, annual budget exercise.
- Support Marketing on pre-sales support activities and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Act as the department liaison for internal corporate matters and audits.
- Facilitate onboarding program for new sales or key account team members.

- Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimally 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
