🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents based on design concepts
• Work closely with interior designers and project managers to develop and refine design layouts
• Translate design briefs and site measurements into accurate technical drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Update and revise drawings as required during the design and renovation process
• Maintain organized CAD file structures and support with project documentation

🛠️ Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with SketchUp or 3D software is a plus)
• Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of drafting experience in interior design or renovation industry
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and spatial understanding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with joinery and construction details is a bonus
