• Children Care: Early intervention for young children with learning difficulties.

As a Community Partnership Executive focusing on fundraising, you will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, engaging donors, and driving fundraising campaigns that fuel Metta’s mission. You’ll be part of a passionate team working to grow community impact through meaningful collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, donors, and partners
• Support the preparation of proposals, sponsorship decks, and presentations
• Plan and execute fundraising events and digital campaigns
• Manage event logistics and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and volunteers
• Build and maintain strong donor relationships through regular touchpoints
• Draft thank-you letters, reports, and donor updates
• Track donations, campaign outcomes, and prepare reports for review
• Handle administrative tasks including donor records, invoicing, and processing

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, or marketing (non-profit experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Proactive, creative, and resourceful, with strong project management skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Passionate about contributing to the social service sector
