Position Title: Community Partnership Executive (Fundraising)
Location: Metta Welfare Association (Head Office, Simei)

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Engagement & Fundraising

  • Identify and research prospective corporate sponsors and donors to grow Metta’s partnership network.
  • Assist in developing customised fundraising proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to engage stakeholders.
  • Support donor acquisition and retention strategies to build long-term relationships with corporate partners.

Events & Campaigns

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key fundraising events and digital campaigns.
  • Manage event logistics, liaise with vendors, coordinate volunteers, and ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver successful and impactful campaigns.

Donor Stewardship

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and individual donors through consistent engagement and updates.
  • Draft thank-you letters, donor reports, and personalised communications to enhance donor loyalty.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular touchpoints to nurture ongoing partnerships.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records in donor databases and track fundraising activities, donations, and partnership outcomes.
  • Analyse campaign data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support, including invoicing, acknowledgments, and donation processing.

Other Duties

  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Deputy Executive Director.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, or corporate engagement — preferably in a social service or non-profit setting.
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Passionate about making a difference in the social service sector and aligned with Metta’s mission.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, creative, and resourceful — able to multi-task and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player who is also results-oriented and meticulous in execution.
