• Position : Corporate Assistant Manager/Manager (Experienced with listed companies) – Up To $8,000
• Location : Orchard (Walking distance from Orchard MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days , Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.45pm) – Hybrid work mode
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves +Medical + Dental
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader to manage a portfolio of diverse clients under a team.
• Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for listed and private entities.
• Organizing and attending client’s board meetings, Nominating and Remuneration committee meetings, including the drafting of agendas, collating reports for inclusion in board packs for board meetings.
• Nominating and Remuneration committee meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings
• Undertake other corporate ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma/Degree or SAICSA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial work.
• Extensive and in-depth knowledge of Listing Manual, Companies Acts, Catalist Rules.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
