CSR & Marketing Support Intern

About the Program:
The Metta Youth Employment Support (YES) Program aims to empower youth with special needs by equipping them with vocational and life skills, and supporting their journey toward meaningful employment. Through product development, community outreach, and corporate partnerships, the program creates real-life work opportunities that enhance confidence and independence.

As an intern under the YES Program, you will support various initiatives related to marketing, social media, CSR events, and community engagement, helping to raise awareness and drive support for the program.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos)
• Monitor social media trends, engagement, and campaign performance
• Engage with followers and respond to online inquiries
• Support influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Conduct market research for content and campaign ideas
• Assist in product development and retail-related activities
• Help coordinate CSR events and corporate engagement activities
• Participate in roadshows to promote awareness and identify new prospects
• Provide administrative support for projects and data entry
• Assist with sales tracking and reporting
• Support fundraising events and related YES initiatives

Requirements:

• ITE, Polytechnic or University students are welcome to apply
• Interest in marketing, communications, social impact, or community work
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools
• Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
