Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Mavis Tutorial Centre, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop key skills needed in the digital marketing field. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn and explore various aspects of marketing, from content creation to customer experience, in the real-world setting. You’ll be contributing to our marketing efforts, creating visual content, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in various ad-hoc tasks essential for the smooth running of our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, plan and implement the overall social media calendar across all the social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others) to meet digital demands
• Content Creation including filming and editing of images and videos
• Collaborate on brainstorming activities, visual briefing and sharing with other team members of the marketing team
• Facilitate paid media implementations
• Deliver reports on social media performance evaluation, competitors' activities and KPIs
• Work with external partners on collaborations and partnership
• Stay updated on industry trends to create fresh and relevant content
• Ad-hoc projects where necessary

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Creative, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• Willing to learn with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut or Canva is an added advantage
• Open to feedback and committed to skill development
• Availability for occasional weekend filming is required
