E-commerce Packer cum Warehouse

Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that online orders are packed accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on e-commerce orders.
• Carefully pack products to ensure they are secure and protected during transit.
• Label packages correctly, including addresses, tracking numbers, and other shipping details.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low stock items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate timely shipment of orders.
• Assist in restocking shelves and organizing the warehouse as needed.
• Follow company procedures and packing guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the E-commerce or Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and packing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily packing targets.
• Basic communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for liaising with Mandarin-speaking team members.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends or overtime during peak e-commerce periods.
