Early Childhood Supervisor (Tampines)

SALARY will depend on :

1) no. of years of experience in this childcare industry

POSITION:

• Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role depending on the years of experience
• Located in Tampines (walking distance to Mrt)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development.
• Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
• Respond to parents' enquiries and feedbacks
• Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications
• Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement
• To lead a team and report to the centre director/manager
• Have strong communication skill and be able to movticate staff to work towards better performace
• Be able to have the confidence to create positive working environment
• To be independent and to work closely with the management and parents
• To be active in enrollment of children
• Conduct frequent meetings with teachers and build bonding
• Bilingual (English and Chinese Language)
