Electrical Project Engineer (6 Days) - Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus

• Position: Project Engineer (Electrical)
• Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 6 days work week (8am - 5pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities
• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works
• To issue final specification/bill of materials for purchase order
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner
• Supervises during the construction stage from start to the completion and handover of the project
• Supervise subcontractors works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations
• Prepare Site Progress and forecast report
• Manage, schedule Sub contractor Work
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience in construction will be advantageous
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
