Job Description
- Responsible to calculate the base manufacturing cost for all new projects.
- Liaise with purchasing department for all standard items & finishing process quote from supplier and comply into quotation work sheet.
- Update and maintain RFQ Log
- Notify customer during quotation on process capability and material availability (if any) and make recommendation.
- Define manufacturing process (e.g. Laser/Turret process) to ensure product cost estimation is competitive.
- Recommend product design change for easy/low cost manufacturing to customer
The Requirements:
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering field.
- Able to read mechanical drawings
- 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience performing cost estimation in sheetmetal industry
- Proficient with computers and in using MS word, Excel, Power point.
- Possess analytical and problem- solving skills, excellent oral and written communications skills for effective communication.

- Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
- Location : Changi North
- Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
