OVERVIEW
To lead fundraising initiatives, produce corporate and publicity materials and manage CPAS's
website. To conceptualise, execute and manage social media platforms including Facebook & LinkedIn; and to be involved in Fundraising activities under the supervision of the assistant manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing CPAS's internal and external communication channels, which includes drafting of press releases, articles, speeches, letters and appeals in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and produce publicity and marketing materials for the organisation, which includes the organisation's Annual Report.
- Manage media enquiries and requests; facilitate interviews and craft responses that are in line with CPAS's values.
- Drive and execute the social media strategy; build an impactful presence on channels like Facebook and Linkedln.
- Plan and assist in fundraising, campaign initiatives and establish organization presence on various fundraising platforms.
- Assist in all CPAS-led Fundraising projects and initiatives.
- Any other duties related to the department as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication or other relevant diploma / degree.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in marcom, community relations and fundraising will be advantageous.
- Strong marketing and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent public presentation skills and working knowledge of SalesForce (Email Marketing) and other marketing tools.
- Resourceful and with a positive attitude and mindset.
- Committed to high standards, adopts a professional and conscientious approach.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
