Job Description

Responsible for assigned outlet service & kitchen operations
Ability to motivate oneself and the team
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operation of the assigned outlets
Provide high quality of service and deliver a good dining experience to our customers
Prepare ingredients with hygiene practices
Cook according to instructions by measuring individual quantities
Exercise good cost and inventory management controls and practices
Manage the part-timers that help in the kitchen and guide them using experience and expertise
Weekend shift
Night Shift required
