Salary: $3100 - $3500
Working hours : 6 days per week, 10am to 10pm
Job Scope:
- Manage oil temperature precisely, execute consistent frying quality, and handle 3-5 dishes simultaneously without compromising standards.
-Maintain oil clarity, follow oil change schedules, and use safety tools to prevent splashes or burns.
- Practice strict separation of raw and cooked items, and comply with food safety regulations
- Complete prep work on time, manage inventory accurately, and avoid over-preparation to reduce waste.

Requirement:
- 2 to 5 years work experience
- Hold a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Comfortable to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as scheduled
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
