Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead a team of data professionals in delivering high-impact analytics solutions. This role involves overseeing the development of data models, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders to ensure alignment and impact.
- Process OptimizationDrive continuous improvement in data collection, transformation, and analysis workflows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a data analytics or data science leadership role.
- Strong technical background in data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
