IT Manager (Infrastructure)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, security, and scalability to meet the needs of VSMC. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative and reliable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of IT systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technology needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
