LAND SURVEYOR [HDB Project]

Job Descriptions

• Assist department heads and site supervisors on all settling out, levelling and other related surveying works on site.

• Coordinate surveying works with sub-contractors

• Liaise and coordinate with project’s designated registered surveyor for all the survey control point and temporary bench marks (TBM’s)

• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environment impact associated with the construction activities

• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace

• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site

Job Requirements

• Degree in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications
• Min 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects
