Load Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Cargo Operations & Load Planning Executive to manage and optimize our Bulk Unitization Program (BUP), ensure efficient cargo routing, and oversee airside operations. This role requires close coordination with airline partners, ground handling agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective air cargo delivery.

Job Descriptions:

• Optimize cost and load factors for the Bulk Unitization Program (BUP) to maximize profitability and space utilization.
• Expertly manage air cargo routing to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of shipments.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with airline partners to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) exercises to align vendor cost structures with service level expectations.
• Monitor and coordinate cargo buildup to maximize space usage on outbound flights.
• Perform aircraft weight and balance calculations using CVWAB Loadsheet, Loadplanner System, and act as Loadmaster where required.
• Ensure full compliance with CV DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations)
• Plan and coordinate the handling of odd-sized cargo, ensuring it meets all safety, security, and aircraft limitations.
• Proactively monitor cargo movements to identify and mitigate delays or disruptions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in air cargo operations and load planning.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive operational demands.
• Solid knowledge of international air cargo regulations and dangerous goods handling (CAT 10 compliance preferred).
• Proficient in using cargo systems such as Loadplanner, and other operational platforms.
