Logistic Executive (Freight Forwarding/Import/Export)- Up to $4000

• Position: Logistic Executive (Freight Forwarding/Import/Export)
• Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s enquiries promptly
• Co-ordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Provide quotations upon application
• Apply portnet and generate CIPL
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Check freight rates, transportation charges, manpower charges and all other charges in order to prepare the customer’s quotation request.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles
• Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
• Familiar with portnet and crimsamlogic
