Identify the needs and extend professional advice and solutions to customer
- Conduct sales pitch to the customer and convert them into a long-term customer
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintaining a high level of service standards
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with the customer and see that their inquiries are managed promptly
- Provide professional body analysis and recommend a suitable range of treatments to customer
- Engage and establish relationships with the customer from the daily-assigned pool of leads
