M&E COORDINATOR [HDB Project]

Job Descriptions

• To check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works

• Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work

• Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements

• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done

• Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities

• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent
• Min 2 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects
