Network Monitoring Support Specialist (Work Location- Pasir Ris)

An excellent Network Monitoring Support Specialist opportunity has just arisen at a leading global tech infrastructure provider known for cutting-edge data center solutions and mission-critical network services.

Job Purpose:

Monitor IT systems and provide front-line support to ensure uninterrupted network operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor infrastructure and networks to detect, log, and escalate incidents efficiently.
• Provide first-level support and timely responses to internal and external customer issues.
• Track, document, and escalate system alarms and service alerts per protocol.
• Coordinate incident handling and customer updates with Tier II/III and leadership teams.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 shift to ensure continuous support and coverage.

Key Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year in IT support, NOC, or 24/7 service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service focus.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and manage issues with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows systems, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting SLAs and support goals.
