Part Time Cleaner - Tampines

Contract Period:

• 1 Jul 2025 to 30 Jun 2026 (1 Year + 1 Optional Year)

Deployment:

• Mon to Fri: 11am to 1pm

Location:

• Our Tampines Hub

Scope of Works:

Daily Cleaning:

1. Clean and clear Litter Bins
2. Vaccum and Mop the floor
3. Sweep and Mop mthe corridor
4. Wipe Table Tops / Counter Tops, external surface of cabinets, shelving , lockers and 2 hand was basins
5. Clean chairs, external surface of water dispense, washing machines and table top fridge.
6. Wipe glass panels, blue panel boards, and doors
7. Dusting of artificial plants
8. Clear Shredder (When neccessary)

Monthly Cleaning:

1. Clean the unreachable areas - Top of the glass panel near the ceiling
2. Clean the corners nears cabinet areas
3. Clean Sign board

Half Yearly cleaning:

1. Cleaning air vents
2. cleaning light diffusers
