⏰ 5.5 days work week, up to 44h/week according to clinic operation timing and this job requires staff to stand for long hours.

Job Scope:

* Front line support staff

* Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services

* Assist and guide patients on the use of digital services

* Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Minimum N / O / A Levels / Diploma in any field

* No experience required, job training will be provided
