Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities:
- Front line support staff

- Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
- Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services

- Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries

Requirement:
- Able to commit till end Sep 2025
- Comfortable standning for long hours
