Position: Junior Personal Trainer (Trainee) – Full-Time

Are you passionate about fitness and looking to kickstart a career as a Personal Trainer?
We’re offering a rare opportunity for a Junior Personal Trainer (Trainee) to join our growing team. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced coaches, and real-world client experience – all while getting paid!

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with our Senior Trainers to deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Undergo structured internal training on exercise science, program design, client management, and fitness assessments.
• Assist with group classes, gym floor supervision, and member engagement.
• Shadow experienced trainers and gradually take on your own PT clients.
• Support daily gym operations and help create a positive and motivating environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Energetic and passionate about fitness and helping others.
• Fresh graduates or individuals newly certified (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, FISAF, etc.) are welcome. In-house training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the team.
• Committed to professional development and pursuing a long-term career in fitness.

Preferred But Not Essential:

• Prior experience coaching (even in school sports or group activities) is a bonus.
• CPR/First Aid certification (can also be obtained after hiring).
