Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, your role is to ensure that the customer repairs are properly scheduled and validated in line with the customers’ requirements.

You are a filed expert (hands-on person) and you will work closely with the Production team, Front Office (Sales Administration) & Procurement teams.

You will be responsible for analyzing the completeness and scheduling of Repair Orders (WO), considering our Customers priorities (represented by the Sales Administration Department), the spare parts availability (contact with the Buyer) and available capacity / labour (contact with the Workshop).

MAIN ACTIVITIES

As part of the Supply Chain Team and to meet the site's production deadline objectives, your main activites are :

• Planning ActivityRetrieve and share the site's production deadline objectives
  Analyze Repair Orders (part availability, customer agreements) and resource availability
  Oversee WOs completeness by coordination with the Supply Chain teams
  Implement necessary actions with production teams to adjust resource availability (parts, tools, capacity) to meet the site's production deadline objectives
  Schedule Repair Orders (including sub-assemblies) by production line/cell.
  Manage Repair Orders subcontracting
  Share schedules with all site teams
  
• Coordination and Monitoring activityFacilitate rituals to centralize information (Supply Chain, Front Office, Production) necessary for schedule realization
  Monitor schedule adherence within the allotted time
  Adjust schedules according to delays, contingencies, and customer priorities
  Manage recovery plans in case of contingencies
  Ensure alerts and critical issues escalation to the appropriate level and facilitate effective decision-making
  
• Analysis and Review activity

o Measure adherence to planned developed schedules

o Identify causes of delays (schedule delays and contractual deadline delays)

o Be accountable for the causes of non-performance in production lines

o Facilitate meetings with site management to share delay causes and validate new schedules

• ERP Data Control and MonitoringEnsure the integrity of production data (status of repair orders, operation tracking) and accurate updates
  Monitor and alert in case of deviations
  Propose and lead action plans with production teams
  Update ERP data (start date/end date) for repair orders (WO)
  

· Ensure compliance with internal processes with a critical view:

o Applying safety and operating standards (quality, deadline, 5S, maintenance)

o Updating standards by proposing improvements

o Participating in improvement projects

Requirements:

Technical / professional skills

· Ability to use office automation and management tools: ERP, Office suite, etc.

· Good knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles

· Basic knowledge of business economics

· Ability to work in project mode and take responsibility for a project

Educational Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Management / Manufacturing Engineering/ Production Management /Supply Chain Management or related discipline

· 3 to 5 years’ experience or successful initial experience as a Planner in manufacturing or MRO industry is essential.
