Locations: Downtown East (Pasir Ris) and Macpherson

A well-established boutique preschool with a strong focus on character development, bilingual learning, and experiential activities is looking for passionate and capable leaders to join the team. We are hiring for two centres:

• Downtown East (Pasir Ris) – Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
• Macpherson

About the Role

You will oversee the daily operations of a warm and vibrant preschool environment that emphasizes hands-on learning and holistic development. This is a leadership role that combines people management, operations, marketing, and community engagement.

The Challenges

• Lead the centre team in delivering high-quality early childhood programmes
• Engage and manage relationships with parents, including handling challenging situations with professionalism
• Drive enrolment through active marketing and community outreach
• Commit to Saturday marketing activities as part of the centre’s enrolment strategy (Off-in-lieu or OT provided)
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and uphold the centre’s philosophy and teaching standards

What it Takes

• Experienced Principal with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to engage and communicate effectively with both staff and parents
• Marketing-savvy and energetic, with a genuine interest in growing centre enrolment
• Willing and able to commit to weekend marketing events
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with key stakeholders
