• Position : Procurement Executive (M&E/Construction) – Up To $4,200
• Location : Toa Payoh North
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 Variable Bonus + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers/vendors, negotiating commercial terms and monitoring performance.
• Process procurement transactions, maintaining accurate data and records.
• Review and approve products/services for purchase, ensuring compliance with quality management system (ISO 9001).
• Provide administrative support for office IT coordination and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related construction field (preferred).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Have Electrical Background is a must
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with vendors/associates who can only speak mandarin.
