Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Service Provider
• Position Title: Project Admin / Coordinator
• Working Location: East – Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday: 8am-6pm, Fri: 8 am-5 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation
• Handle the administrative functions of an organization's projects and programs
• Oversee the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met, and usually report to a Project Manager or senior management
• Scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and breaking projects into manageable tasks

• Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably have experience in the construction or interior design firm
• Comfortable reading drawings and calculation
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Training provided to an inexperienced candidate
