Project Coordinator

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales quotations and proposals, including reviewing construction drawings to determine material quantities needed.
• Manage and coordinate customer sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company procedures.
• Attend site meeting and liaising with customers and supplier if required.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales coordination processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably within Electrical & Lighting Industry.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across department
