Purchasing Assistant (Order Processing) - Up $3200 | AMK

• Position: Purchasing Assistant (Order Processing)
• Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + 10 days Annual leave + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Test & Measurement Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Order processing - quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders & invoices, packing list, shipping documents, sales and suppliers report
• Arrange Shipments, pick and pack for local deliveries and export shipments
• Liaise with regional offices, customers, suppliers and forwarders
• Handling of phone calls
• General sales & admin duties & support
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with good pass in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Processing/Purchasing Role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
