- Position : Quantity Surveyor (M&E/5.5 Days) – Up To $6,500
- Location : Office at Toa Payoh | Project Site Based
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturday 8.30am to 12,30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + HP Allowance $50 + Variable Bonus + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim for projects assigned which include
- management of claims, certification of payment, controlling expenses & cashflow,
- variation orders, and final accounts.
- Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
- Attend meeting as schedule.
- Prepare and update project files and tender/quotation files.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials.
- To receive delivery items, and sub-contractor invoices and get engineers and
- supervisors to verify if necessary.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of related experience in M&E construction industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates
