Job Descriptions & Requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Able to motivate and lead the sales team.

· Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.

· Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.

· Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.

· Good knowledge of retail business.

· Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.

· Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.

· At least 5 years of managerial exposure.

· Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.

· Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.

· Customer service oriented.

· Salary offered will be based on individuals' experiences and qualifications.
