Retail Support Associate

Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: 13 hours including 1 hour unpaid break, min 24 hours per week

Part-time Shift: 0930 to 2230, only Fri / Sat / Sun / Public Holidays

Salary: 16/hour

Responsibilities:

• Actively use upselling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets. Promote ongoing offers to customers.
• Process payments accurately using Point-of-Sale (POS) system (cash, credit, digital), and manage end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
• Maintain adequate stock of retail supplies (e.g., receipt rolls, bags) and keep shelves well-stocked.
• Deliver a positive, helpful in-store experience to uphold the company’s brand image.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min N-Level or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to 13 hours shifts duties.
• Able to commit on weekends & PH.
• Comfortable to work retail and shift hours.
• Comfortable to handle liquor and tobacco products.
• Must be 21 years old and above as per Tobacco Act.
