Sales Admin (Costing/Quotation/Tender) - Up to $3700 + Bonus

• Position : Sales Admin (Costing/Quotation)
• Location : Ubi- office shifting to Pasir Panjang in Aug 2025
• Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday 9.30am-6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + Bonus + 14 days Annual leave
• Duration :Permanent
• Industry : Building material supplier

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project plans, specs, and client needs.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and material measurements from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Assist in drafting tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• Analyze project changes or claims and provide cost assessments.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and monitoring project progress.
• Handle sales inquiries, create proposals, and follow up with clients on quotations.

Requirement:

• Experience in quantity surveying is a plus.
• Solid understanding of wall acoustic systems and wallcovering materials, including installation methods and industry standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
