Sales Engineer

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 + Car Allowance ($600/month)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Pasir Ris

Job Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Provide technical advice and support throughout the sales process

Sales Development

• Identify and engage new business opportunities within the assigned region
• Present products and services clearly to clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

After-Sales & Service Support

• Introduce and promote service offerings to customers and end-users
• Promote after-sales services, especially for our equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist customers with post-sales support and troubleshooting

Market & Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities
• Continuously improve product knowledge
• Provide feedback to improve company offerings
• Attend trade shows and industry seminars (locally and overseas)

Job Requirements：

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field); Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of sales engineering experience, preferably in equipment sales/service
• Strong understanding of vacuum pump systems or similar technical equipment
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Proactive, analytical, and customer-focused
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia
• Possession of own vehicle is an advantage
