Sales Executive (Pharmacy/Retail Medical Hall) - Up to $4200 + Allowance

• Position : Sales Executive (Pharmacy/Retail Medical Hall)
• Location : Loyang (Few bus stop from Pasir Ris MRT)
• Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
• Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $5500 Gross (Up to $4200 basic + Transport allowance) + $80 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.
• Develop plans to expand customer base in retail pharmacies and general/lower trade,including but not limited to medical halls, super/hypersmart, convenient stores, etc.
• Drive healthy sell in & increases off take of company's products portfolio in the designated territories.
• Propose, develop and execute sales expansion strategy, new accounts and productpenetration strategy and trade terms, in consultation with Key Account Manager.
• Monitor results and adjust strategy when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to customer coverage and frequency of the assigned territory, defined by the organization.
• Ensure excellent customer service quality.
• Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.
• Reports submission – frequency to be defined by BU as deem fit

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Diploma/Degree in any relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of scientific knowledge and sales experience would be advantageous.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in key accounts management with focus in retailpharmacy industry & lower trade /wholesalers.
• Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Key Account Manager.
