Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling incoming leads, sourcing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of the company and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and generate new leads through outreach, networking, or platforms
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospects to drive conversions
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch services/products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Track sales activities using CRM tools or internal tracking systems
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on goals and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights for optimisation
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not essential)
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in agency, creative, or B2B environments
- Understanding of marketing or branding services
- Bonus if you’ve closed deals through Instagram or LinkedIn
Compensation:
- Base Pay: SGD $2000 - 2500 (depending on experience)
- Commission: Tiered based on closed deals—up to $1,000+ or more monthly potential
- Additional incentives for exceeding targets or securing long-term clients
